GSA transmission issues

Hello, I have a 2018 GSA with 48k on it. The other day I was riding with the cruise control on and suddenly the bike lurched and lost power. I was able to pull off to the side and I placed the bike in first and took off again.shifting into 2 nd I had no transmission at all jumping to third gave me foreword motion to apx 55 mph but when I released the throttle the bike would not slow down, only when I pulled the clutch in would the rpm’s slowly come down, no gear indication on my TFT display. Was able to get the bike home and the next day I took it to the shop, they put the bike on their computer but there weren’t any codes, left the bike with them as the next available date for repair isn’t till the 12th. They have never dealt with this issue but I am looking to see if this has happened to anyone else.thanks in advance
