Breakfast Ride

I'm looking for ideas on breakfast rides within 90-120 minutes of Vancouver. Had thought about going out to Astoria tomorrow but it's longer than I really have time for riding out the Washington side. The Oregon side doesn't do much for me.

Suggestions?
