BMW Denim City Pants - Women's Sizing

My wife is interested in a pair of these pants and we don't have access to them here locally.

I know BMW sizing can be confusing, in particular these unisex models, so if anyone has a Medium pair of these I wouldn't mind a PM so I can find out what the actual measurements are before I pull the trigger on a pair.

Ideally, I'd like to hear from a female who wears these pants perhaps in a Medium.

Interested in the actual inseam and waistband measurement fully relaxed.
