Are the wheels [OEM] on an "04" Roadster powder-coat or paint?

I know ,I know this is a oilhaed thread , but I powder coated my 81 rt mags and they turned out beautlful. FWIW.

I agree P/coat does look great but,...I'm not sure you can polish and p/coat the same piece. Besides, I can paint my own, p/coat needs to be hired out,and the last time I checked the wait time was forever...
