What makes an event a "Getaway"?

Please let me know if I'm posting this in an inappropriate forum. This seemed like the likely place since I am from Utah.

I've been to a number of "Getaways". I would like to find out how a Chartered Group can put one on. Is there any how-to sheet available which discusses this?

I suspect you would probably want to contact a Regional Coordinator. But for Utah, there doesn't seem to be one:

Maybe checking the list for surrounding areas, you might find a coordinator.
