Unplug the O2 sensor 2012 R1200RT?

Changing my exhaust on a 2012 R1200RT and need to unplug the O2 sensor. Most of the connectors seem to be press a release tab and pull. Hard to see if that is how it works. Anyone remove there's?

There is an integral shell that needs to be pried gently upward to clear a bump on the connector study it and you’ll see it.
