The latches that comes out from the bottom of the top case to secure it to the luggage rack are worn, actually just the rh side one is worn and allows the top case to wiggle on the rack. I am having difficulty in finding a replacement for this and sure as heck don't want to spend $1000 plus for an otherwise perfectly good top case that has been custom painted to match my bike. Any info, leads would be much appreciated.

No, but I just did and it appears that the part I am looking for is available!! I did look up on my microfiche of the repair manual and found nothing and also called Champion BMW in Charleston whom I deal with and they said you couldn't get any repair parts for it!!
