Server error in "/" application (uploading Marketplace picture)

Getting this message (see title) when trying to upload picture to Marketplace post. I actually see less than half of the error message. It is cut in half horizontally. I haven't had any success adding pictures. Anybody else getting this??

I've never put anything on the Marketplace. I just went through the process of creating a listing and selected a photo to add. It took that with no problem. I didn't actually submit the listing since it is just a test. Maybe the issue would show up then. At any rate, I had no problems. Since the Marketplace is not the forum and is separate software, I think you will need to reach out to the office to resolve the issue.
