Russell Seat heat repair

Hello good people, I bought a used Russell Day long for my 12 K 1600 GTL Seat radically improves comfort but the primary rider's seat heat does not work. I know the circuit is good because the stock seat heats just fine. Where can I get this repaired in the Northeastern US?

Many thanks.

Did you check the resistance of the heating pad? I would that Russel would install a new heating element if it's bad. Your other option could be as simple as purchasing a new element and having a local upholster install it for you. Good luck with it.
