riding K1300GT with temperature like 42°C / 108°F

Hi all;
I expect to ride early may in the south of Morocco with temperature like 42°C / 108°F.
Has anyone ever driven in such temperatures with a K1200/K1300 and was the cooling correct or did the engine heat up too much ?
Thanks for your reply.

My K12GT never had an issue with the extreme heat here in the Sonoran desert. Here it will be 112-115F for weeks at a time.

Highest temp I’ve run my K13GT through was 106F in Phoenix and Death Valley, with no overheating issues. Just be sure to keep the expansion tank properly filled. I expect rider overheating will be a bigger issue than bike overheating, given the nice still air pocket the GT fairing provides.
Have a good ride!

Best,
DeVern
