Is there a replcement bulb for BMW fog lights that can be bought for a $ savings from a auto parts store?

Yep, a bulb is a bulb and any autoparts store like Pepboys, Dicount Auto, etc have them 
The notion that all parts need to come from your dealer is.....
Just try to find the best quality like Philips or GE not some 3rd world fly by night operators parts.
