Hey Brian -
Same thing happened for me when I tried to sign up a few weeks ago. I sent an email for help to MOA contact on the page and I was sent a default MOA # to use instead. The explanation was that they are still migrating some membership data in their systems and your personal MOA won't work for now. I used the supplied # and it was a snap.
