R75/5 fork threaded ring.

I found this instead of the two threaded rings and a spacer that are shown in the parts fiche in the bottom of the fork stanchion above a clip ring of my 72 r75/5. It looks like one ring takes the place of 3. Is this ok?

Yes. Your fork has the early metering ring. I found those in a 1969 R60US and a 1971 R75/5. These aluminum rings can be replaced with the later three piece threaded steel rings with aluminum metering orifice. The c clip is the same as later years.
