I read in the Vintage BMW Club latest magazine about this year's Amelia Island event and how the R7 came to be at the event. It won an award and needed to be driven in the subsequent parade. The article discusses how Peter Nettesheim had to work very hard and quickly to get the bike running...not having been run in 3 years. BMW had not intended it to be started! So after "stealing" gas, finding a key and battery, it started and Peter drove it around. He appears very early in this short clip. Very nice sound!

It is not clear at all, but it is the best I could do from the video noted above.
