R12 nine T

I may be anti new BMW bikes but will admit, this new line up is interesting. St.

While not commenting about the new R12 nineT, I just purchase a 2023 R nineT Scrambler, which may be the last of its kind. Admittedly, in owning both a R1250 GS and an R1250 R, I am a "fanboy" (actually "fansenior" if being honest). The R nineT Scrambler or otherwise, is a fun bike to ride. Categorizing: The R (Roadster) with 17" front and rear wheels is best on curvy roads and 1-3 day trips. The GS is best for longer day comfort on greater than 3 day trips and for moto-camping. The nineT Scrambler, with a 19" front and 17" rear wheel (and 50/50 tires) is great for around town (as is the R) and getting off pavement onto packed dirt and small rock crumble roads within 20 miles or so of home. With only 550 miles on the R nineT Scrambler so far, I have not decided if I want to try an overnight ride on it. The bike would handle it, but I am not sure if I want to carry the necessary baggage.
