How often should I be changing the oil and filter on a BMW 1200 GSA
Do you schedule the change for mileage or time.
As I do more short rides I dont put a lot of miles on the bike but I still change the oil at least once a year.

As often as the owner's manual says to change it, which is 10000km (~6200 mi) or annually, whichever comes first.
