Was there this weekend and stood around watching people browse, with apparent interest, just to see them leave without the only sales guy coming to talk to them. I'm afraid the location isn't exactly staffed to serve.

I stopped by a few weeks ago when I was in the neighborhood doing an estimate for work. I mostly was browsing the BMW gear, but the sales guy came over and introduced himself. When I told him I had a 93 Baby Brick and a 99 RTP and was just poking my head in, he stayed really friendly, and kept on talking to me about riders he knew with motobricks and oilheads, and pushing their parts dept without being pushy about it. I ended up staying longer than I should've. All in all it was a pretty positive experience, and I don't usually like dealerships.
