Nemo Morpho Tent

Anyone have some camping experience with this one? I like the fact there are no poles to mess with.

Not yet

I have one and I'll be using it for the heritage ride between the MOA and RA Rallies.
I have set it up a few times in the back yard and it was quick and easy even for a guy that hasn't been camping in close to 20 years.
Wish I could help you more....

I've been using one for over 2 years. Look at one up close before you leap. They are on the small side. The entire tent is long enough for me to sleep comfortably at 6' tall. I store gear on one side and sleep on the other. One thing that confused me was the design of the vestibule. It cannot be used for storage of gear while you are sleeping. So all gear must go inside the tent. Not a good choice for two people with gear!

Also, all of the tent walls slope, so looking at the square footage may be deceiving. Not all of that is usable. It's a low tent, so sitting up inside is not possible.

It is also a single wall design (no tent fly). Moisture will collect inside at night and you'll get a few drips here and there.

It is pretty fast to erect. Just stake out four points and inflate the two tubes. The price you pay for that inflation is a little less room inside, since the tubes take up more room than poles and they are inside the tent. And you can find lightweight tents with as much or more room, same or smaller packed size for the same or less cost as the Nemo.

I'm very impressed with Nemo as a company. They put a lot of thought into their designs. The stuff sack is great example. It's mesh on one side and rolls up and you can use it as a drying sack for clothes!
