Motorrad Reward Card

I received a $100 Reward card for spending at least $250 on BMW service during the month of October. The card has been verified but I can not get it to work at a business. Calls to card service are only automated and no individual. Any one else having this problem or am I doing something wrong. I about to give up at this time.

When I get those sorts of cards I use them to buy myself a gift card at Amazon, Revzilla, etc. as I find it the easiest way to unload the card. Have you tried that?
