bmw credit card offer question

So part of the offer states...
To receive this one time $100 automatic statement credit, you must spend at least $500 in eligible net purchases within the first 90 days of account opening.
So question is what is an eligible purchase?
Would like to get service work done on my bike and, of course, use this new bmw card (once I apply for it) to pay for the work plus then get $100 from bmw. I do not see any phone number one can call to get this answer...age of the internet no doubt it seems.
Here is the offer from bmw I am referring to.

Doesn't sound like service is an eligible purchase. It says on the site "when you purchase any BMW Motorrad Original Accessory, Hard Parts, Rider’s Clothing and/or Style Collection".

This Elan FS promo offer is new... and somewhat confusing! Careful; hoops must be jumped through.
