Hi, picked up the bike this week and after a couple of rides I would feel more comfortable with lowering the bike 2 inches if possible. Any recommendations on the safest way to do it?

Thanks, jack

I would call these guys and have a chat.

I have the same problem and would appreciate you posting a solution if you find one.

You also need to include thoughts on changes to the center and side stand.

I have thought about buying some of those shoes from the band Kiss :)

Good luck.

I took 2” out of my F800GS-

I shortened the side and center stand myself.

HTH.

BTW, The F-Twins has a great Index and Tech section-
