Linked brakes on a 03 GT

A buddy of mine bought a 03 GT last year does anyone know if they came with linked brakes? It has the servo's just don't know if their linked or not.
 
Partially Linked.
The front lever will work both the front and rear brake.
The rear brake lever only works the rear brake.
