K Wheels On R Bike

Does anyone know if the wheels on a new K bike like the K1200S or the K1200R would fit on my bike, an R1200R? I really prefer those wheels and the ones that come on the R1200S to the ones that come stock on my bike.

Nope, the K-bikes have the swingarm on the wrong side, and the older K-bikes have the wrong lug pattern.

Edit: On second thought, maybe it IS possible. I'd have to look closer. I guess it wouldn't hurt to have the wheel spinning backwards, maybe.
