MC side note on BSA's-My 1st bike was a (very nice one at that) BSA & there were times when I wanted it "to come to life"
& it wouldn't cooperate! Given the years since then-51- tells the depth of the issue...
If everything was spot on,such as: adj/position of-choke,tickler,carbs,points,timing,quality of the kick,humidity,temperature,sunny or cloudy,moon signs,altitude, time of day,sobriety of the operator,etc., it might just fire & start. When it ran it was a beast.
MC side note on Johnny-One of Johnny's main co-stars in "pirates flicks" owns a favorite MC destination of myself & other riders; Hotel Real de Catorce in town of same name, in area below Monterry,MX & nearby Saltillo,MX- state is San Louis Potosi-an old silver mining town reached by a noteworthy cobblestone road some 13 miles long then through a one lane(controlled) 2 mile cobbled tunnel & into the tiny picturesque town @ high altitude, like maybe 7 or 8k feet?
