ISO Service Bulletins

BMW service bulletins are internal documents and are not released.
That being said, some are leaked out. I've collected a few over the years.

If you call a dealer with the VIN they can look up what has or has not been done by a dealer.

But only if done by that particular dealer, right? Fortunately the PO had work done at "my" dealer, so I have access to some past records.

I was thinking more about maintenance procedures that have been changed since the manuals were published, e.g. tightening procedure for alternator bolts, as provided by GSAddict here (post #15): https://forums.bmwmoa.org/showthread.php?89354-R1100-belt-noise&highlight=alternator

Warranty work, recall work done will show up at any dealer.
BMW has to keep track that it was done.

But I see that is not what you are looking for.
