Helmet chinstrap

Just purchased a Schuberth S2 full face helmet. The chinstrap has the double-D-fastener. It is a bit short on the fastener side. Difficult for me to fasten with my fingers, forget about with gloves on. Any ideas how to extend it maybe 1 1/2-2"? My search attempts have been futile.

Chin strap quick release

This should help you. I have one and it works very well. I'm not sure if it will extend the strap but I think it will make extending the strap unnecessary.
