Where can I get a heel-toe shifter for my 1972 R75/5 I really need one and know they were made for the bike for police use. Any leads appreciated.

Max BMW shows there are still some around for the small sum of $172.78. Part number 23411239023

Unless you have converted to a 5-speed gearbox, the parts suggested won't work-the 5-speed and 4-speed shift levers are quite different. I suggest buying a second /5 lever and working with a welder.

+1 on ibmwr, but beware of scammers.

"Dear sir, I have the part you want in stock and ready to ship from my London based business."

Uhhhh, no thanks.
