GSA Fork Seals

Good Afternoon. A question about fork seals.
I have a weeping left fork that I noticed recently. I had a very low speed tipover a few months ago but I just noticed the weeping recently so i don't think they're related.
I have rebuilt the fork twice. Once by just removing the tube and swapping the seals and once removing the front wheel and draining the oil, etc. Both times the tube appeared to be in great shape and did not appear bent using the 'light test'. The bike runs and rides great but there is still just a bit of weeping.
Also what is the spec for fork oil in each fork - 475cc?
Or is that for both forks?
I'd love to hear your thoughts. r1200gsa 2018/45k miles.
Thanks so much

Are you venting the air pressure out of the fork leg when you're done? I do that with the leg fully compressed, then pull it up into position so it's under a slight vacuum.

I compressed it with the bleed screw out. Some fork oil came out. Then I installed the bleed screw and I couldn't pull it up to fasten it. I had to remove the screw to get it up and then I fastened it and reinstalled the screw. I'm not sure if I did it right. Thanks so much.

Yes: compress with bleed screw out, install it, pull up to fasten top of fork leg.
