My very low mile 1994 R1100 RS, got a load of water at local gas station and I will be removing as much of it as possible to refill with fresh non ethanol premium, treated with some dry gas and Stabil. Hopefully that will cure problem. Any tips or experiences would be appreciated

Water is heavier than gas, so you need to get the stuff at the bottom. If you don't want to pull the tank, or turn the bike upside-down, get a liquid transfer pump (auto parts store, Harbor Freight, etc.) to pull it out. Be very careful not to disturb the fuel gauge's float assembly, or the wiring to the fuel pump.
"Heet" in the red bottle may help to "break down" some of the water, but be aware that it is high in alcohol.

If it runs I would just dump a bunch of dry gas into it. If it doesn't run I would dump, separate and refill. Ethanol absorbs water so I don't think this is the right time to go ethanol-free.
Go for a 200+ mile ride so you know you've burned it all up.

Went through this last year with a buddy's R1100s. We were coming back from Virginia (to Michigan) and his bike died in a torrential rainstorm. Tried to troubleshoot on the side of the road and the fuel appeared to be water free, but as pauls1150 points out, the water was at the bottom.
A week later, we got the bike to my shop and discovered that one gallon of the remaining fuel contained 1/3 water. Once we did that, and added fresh fuel, the bike fired right up and ran perfect.
Dump all the fuel out and start from there.
