Fix For R1100RT Leak At Wire?

After doing a Brake Bleed, I have discovered a leak of fluid from a wire at the base of the braking mechanism on my R1100RT. What exactly does this wire do and is there a simple fix for this or does the whole unit need replacing. I am hesitant to put the plastic back on as if this is a brake fluid leak, it will damage the paint. R1100RT Brake Leak.jpg

Hi, The wire from the diagram looks like it goes to the brake light switch which is activated by the brake lever. This is all external of the fluid. Cover up the parts below and pull the housing cover. It may just be the top cover of the reservoir.

Thank you and although I am certain I did not over fill the reservoir I will pull the top cover to see if I have.
