Atlas throttle lock works well for me

I purchased an Atlas-brand throttle lock for my F-series GS. It installed without much trouble, and works well. My bike is an older one - with the "paddle" turn signals on left and right handgrip clusters, so it took some "fiddling" to position well. Other folks having the newer bikes with left-side tilt-and-push signal switches would have no such problem. Atlas does not require cutting, slicing, re-positioning of handgrips; they attach to the small "lip" on the inner edge of the handgrip. They are very thin so they don't interfere with any other operation of the bike. Here's an example on an F800GS:

See http://www.atlasthrottlelock.com. They are so popular that they have "sell outs" and it may require a short wait.
