Looks like a custom build: amber reflector & headlight mounts ‘72 up; same with seat ‘72 up; three-ring rear suspension shrouds/shocks ‘74 up; battery covers ‘74 up; curious looking mount at silencer to frame ? Foot peg rubber and taillight housing seem to be ‘77 up ?
Heinrich fuel tank that will bust your wallet to fill it however, you’ll go a L-O-N-G way to empty it
Here’s how my ‘72 R 60/5 in the banner looked when I did a $1000 treasure hunt in an old barn…
… found about 90% of it then, conducted the rest of the treasure hunt nation-wide !
Anything worth doing, is worth doing to excess !

What’d you end up doing with that recalcitrant 64/32/9 carb ?
