Brown's Sidestand for R65LS

Dear Fellow Airhead Enthusiasts,

I'm looking at a Brown sidestand and understand there are (2) sizes. Would any of you happen to know the length of the smaller size?

Thank You,

Ken

Replying to my own thread :)

My R65LS has a Luftmeister 2 in 1 exhaust so no muffler bracket to mount stand on left side - from what I can see, the Brown won't work - will send a picture to Motobins and see if their Surefoot will work - the R65LS has a unique place where the stock stand is mounted. Maybe I'll just put up with my oem annoying side stand! $150 bucks for a Surefoot sure is spendy!

Ken -

Would something from here work? You'd have to contact him to see if it's adaptable.

Snowbum has his write up on a variety of stands:

Hi Kurt! I'd actually ordered a Farley for the R60/5 which is totally stock and the k/s works great. The R65LS is an odd duck, especially with the 2 in 1 exhaust - probably going to hold out for the surefoot if it's a simple install - flying pot doesn't make a s/s for my bike.
