Broken Plug while Replacing Low beam

Can you give more info? Link to product, name / photo of product?
Welcome to the forum!
When you see the light blue text in a post, it is frequently an “embedded” link. The light blue doesn’t really render with great contrast. That link is to Amazon and looks like it’s no longer available but it may be enough of hint of what can be obtained through other sources.
Good luck.

This is probably not relevant , but years ago when I had to replace the connection to my old K100, I took my bulb to a car dealership (possibly Toyota) and bought a replacement that was compatible with my bulb. Eighteen years later and a number of bulb replacements, everything is still working.

On my XX, I installed HID lights. There was an adapter, but I didn't like the exposed contacts. I used a tool to get the contacts out of the stock plugs (saved them), then connected the wires and sealed them in heat shrink. Without the plugs, you could just direct connect the wires onto the bulb...presuming the contacts weren't also damaged. The plug only holds the contacts in the desired configuration.
