BMW Rentals in New Mexico ?

Can anyone recommend a rental source for BMW motorcycles in New Mexico ? I want to take a ride out there this winter for a week and would rather not to have to rent a Harley Davidson again ( I always feel out of place , not having tattoos or a helmet with tasteless stickers )

OK, so, if there aren't any BMW rentals in NM, how about other marques? Harley need not apply, but I could make do with a nice FJ or ST or Connie...

Location - Santa Fe or Albuquerque would be ideal.

In my travels across this great land and the internet...

I have found that BMW rental is very limited, as is renting Japanese bikes. You can rent a Harley in pretty much every state of the union, and usually in multiple locations.

You may say "Harley need not apply", but if you really want to rent a motorcycle, it's the best bet. Prices aren't usually too bad, either.

The other option that could exist is if there are people within the BMW MOA that have an extra motorcycle that they would let someone borrow or rent. I know I've seen offers on this board before.

Thanks Braddog. We're planning a week of vacation in Santa Fe this coming September. We'll fly in to Albuquerque, and rent a car to get our "stuff" to Santa Fe. It is by no means a vacation centered on the motorcycle; it's a vacation in a place where it might be nice to go for a ride! I may, and will, and did, say "Harley need not apply". All motorcycles are not created equal. I really want to rent not just any motorcycle, but a motorcycle I enjoy riding. Despite the wide availability of Harley rentals nationwide we'll just do something else instead, if that's ALL we can get.

Todd you could get those water application tattoos that will at least looks like HD ATGATT. Have cotton candy for luch for the beard and you are set...lol
