While I appreciate the enthusiasm, $370 for two gaskets is a very good reason to buy anything BUT a BMW, imo.

Is $333 for two gaskets 10% less of an insult?

The offer mentions "BMW Motorrad Original Apparel, Original Accessories, Original Parts, Original Classic Parts, Original Service Parts, and Replacement OEM Parts" and also says if it has a BMW part number, it qualifies. Check your receipt for part numbers on those items.

Does motor oil, axle oil & brake fluid count??

Fluids count if they are a BMW brand and identified by the 11 digit BMW part number. If it is bulk oil from a drum, it usually does not have the BMW part number and will not qualify.

Didn’t know Vance & Hines were genuine BMW parts or accessories. Thought rebate was only good for BMW branded items?

If you go to the BMW "Configurator", they offer optional exhausts from V & H.
So I'd guess that they can apply the discount when you sign up to buy one.
