Anyone have any opinion regarding thier service department? I will be passing through there and would like to stop and have tires installed while I wait. I shot them an email asking about this, but does anyone know if they are generally a good shop or not?

I used them a couple of years ago when I needed tires on my GS but didn't call ahead. At the counter they were not sure the tires were in stock but one of the folks said they would drive to the warehouse and get a set if needed. Well they did have the tires and even with the shop being insanely busy they told me they would get me in after lunch so I went sightseeing for a few hours. Sure enough they got my tires on and me out on the road. They told me they try hard to take care of people traveling.
