BMW Communicator + Navigator V + Bluetooth enabled walkie talkie?

Hi all.

Has anyone tried pairing a BMW Communicator and/or the Navigator V with a bluetooth enabled walkie talkie like the Motorola MU350R? I'm travelling up the Dempster next year accompanied by a couple of 4x4s and I thought that this might be a good solution to stay in touch in a zone where cell phone communication is impractical (no signal).
