So I'm getting frustrated because I'm now on my third lock cylinder for my left pannier. The cylinders spin in their "sockets" more than I'd expect, and the one on the front side of the left pannier spins to the point that the lock plate pops out. When the lock barrel is inserted the key slot is vertical... to unlock the mechanism the key must turn clockwise, and should stop at 1/4 turn. The problem is that there's just enough wiggle room to get a bit past that 1/4 turn, and then the lock plate and spring disengage and the whole shootin' match falls apart... and it happens when I'm on the road, so the part is lost, plus it becomes a hazard for those behind me... and I'm now on my third cylinder. Has anyone had to fix this, and how did you do it? Any help would be appreciated! Thanks in advance, Sandy
