Anyone here had dealings with Cycleworks?

So, I'm trying to reach CycleWorks in Blue Springs, Missouri, to order something. I can't reach them by phone and there is no reply to multiple emails via their CONTACT US link on their web page. This is over a period of a couple of weeks. Just wondering if anyone here has ordered something or spoke with them recently?

Yes, all good. I should have really only posted on AIRHEADS forum as his tools aren't for K-bikes.
