96 R1100GS loosing power at speed

My 96 R1100GS, has 106,000 miles, will loose power and start bucking/surging at speed. It will idle, accelerate to speed but after short distance it will loose power, I have to keep blipping throttle to maintain any kind of speed. Fuel filter and hall sensor have been changed. Didn't see any cracked hoses in tank, but could be one. Could it be the TPS, vacuum leak. This happened to anyone else? Point me in direction to check next?

Rule of thumb, gas engine gets quirky, change the cheapest and only item that can't be measured, the spark plugs.

Hose cracks are hard to find. Another thing you could do is determine if the fuel pump and hoses are up to snuff. Clamp off and disconnect the return line at the fuel distributor (behind the right TB). Connect a foot of hose to the QD and point the hose into a gas can. Start the bike and let it idle for 1 minute. You should collect about 2 liters of fuel. If you do your tank innards are fine.
