650 CS missing; backfiring

I'm working in Germany with lots of incredible roads to ride but my bike has been missing and backfiring.. I took it to dealer last year with same problem but still not resolved.. also, when I roll the throttle on coming out of curve, it does not engage and sometimes acts like it wants to die.. it's back at dealer but I'm not confident they will get it right.. maybe fuel??
