Weather is looking good, but some of the earlier forecasts (as part of a 14-day forecast) indicated possible rain on Saturday. Given the clouds forecasted, rain is still a possibility. Hopefully, it doesn’t.

NO Rally “guide/book” provided at registration/check-in this year. Sad.
That handy little booklet has served as the focal point of rally site communication… the map of what, when and where since our existence. The App e thing doesn’t work that well for me under rally conditions. I enjoy putting the device away myself, and making notes, circling times of seminars, ect.
One giant step backwards IMO.

Just had a good conversation with Al from Rhinelander, WI. I went to town (Riggins, ID), and on my way home saw him sitting in a rest area so stopped to visit. Looking forward to being on the road in the morning, about a 400 mile ride to the rally from home. Ride easy!

Coming in Friday night to be at the Rally Saturday. Will be at the beer garden (there is one, I hope!) at around noon to buy beer for anyone who has provided me assistance over the years. You know who you are. I'm easy to pick out in a crowd - usually surrounded by attractive women or being stalked by their significant others.

Glenlivet volunteering as my navigator on shuttle duty. It’s a well laid out facility. Vendor and food options are plentiful. Looking forward to the Brewfest as the beer tent is overpriced and pretty lame. Sure miss the days when we ran it!

“There’s an app for that”
Search the Apple App Store or Google Play for “BMWMOA and it should pop up.
There’s very little paper in the rally sack this year.
