2007 R1200rt Low beam light failure

I have replaced both low beam lamps and neither lights when ignition is turned on. Not being an electrical genius, I am stumped.
What is my next step

And i like that. Was going to modifie my Triumph's lights to do the same.
Is hard on the HID lights to come on and off every time you start the bike.
One good point for the designers at BMW!
