Paul, we did check that (coincidentally, an online search an hour ago revealed a post where you and one other member had suggested that). Basically, we've determined that the right cylinder is not firing for reasons unknown to us shade tree mechanics. When we say "not firing", the right pipe is not getting hot at all. We swapped the components that Moondog describes to see if we could get the right cylinder working. On that cylinder, we checked spark on the lower plug and upper plug, and it was present. We checked for fuel flow to/thru the injectors, it was present as well. So we have fuel and spark, and air does not seem to be an issue because we checked down the snorkel going to the air filter box and the box itself; no blockage. We had a spare (lightly used) upper and lower plug so we swapped them out on the right cylinder to rule out a damaged plug (oddly enough, we noted that the lower plug had a piece of carbon between the electrodes, but it came off easily). The brake bleed was done on both circuits, no issues there, but we're thinking that it's too much of a coincidence that a perfectly-running bike is now not so perfect after performing some basic maintenance. Lastly, I hooked a GS-911 to it, no unusual codes except for "brake fluid low", which we attributed to the recent service and we were able to clear it without issue. Running the bike (very rough running) did not trip any additional codes on the GS-911.
