1999 R1100S ABS Light Issue

After changing the front tire, the ABS indicator light on the left no longer illuminates when starting the bike. Brakes all work, just only getting the right ABS light to illuminate. Any ideas about what might be up?

"Look where you last worked" suggests that something in the front ABS sensor or wiring was disturbed or changed or broken. Is the sensor gap (between the sensor and the tone ring) correct? Are the sensor wires free, unpinched, and unbroken?

Look at post #43 here. drj434343 got to the ABS bulbs on his RS, perhaps it's not difficult to get in there and he'd explain how to do it.
