1975/6 R 90 rebuilding switchs in the hand controls

I am rebuilding a /6 and the switches in the controls are shot. Are they rebuild able? I looked at new and that out of the question. Im new here. I have the 76 900 /6 and a 83 RT anniversary.

Oh, boy. Well, there are rebuildable, but it is a pain in the ass. I remember having to search far and wide just to find the ball bearings that control the click-stops.

Do yourself a favor, and find something on FleaBay. However, it is feasible to rebuild.
