1960 R26 please advise

The NADA site gives a "good" price of $6.5K and "fair" price of $4.2K. Clearly the bike has some patina with a non original paint job, some rust shown, rigged up ignition system, etc. These don't come up often. This was towards the end of the run of the R26 until they came out with the R27 for the 1961 model year.
