Out There Somewhere
I guess this has been kicked around a few times on various forums, BUT

I have what must be the BMW "comfort" windshield on my bike, and a couple years ago I sneezed or something while gassing up, and ethanol fuel sprayed all over my windshield, clouding it instantly.

SO, after looking thru it and at it for some time, I finally want to get a new windshield. Been looking around, and there are lots of options, it seems, tho some makers (Cee Baileys, for one) doesn't seem to have windshields for older bikes, tho most do.

I mostly just ride for fun or recreation but do occasionally travel on the K12. Tho I am not tall, maybe about 5'-8" or slightly less- I have long legs, so I ride with the seat in the upper position. This has me looking over the bigger "comfort" shield. I originally had a laminar Lip on, but the original hook-n-loop wore out, and after some messing around with new hook-n-loop from Laminar Lip, I eventually just did away with the lip.

I need to measure my height, do the "fifty foot" test, etc, to see what height shield I want, but what's everyone like?

I've looked at
Parabellum (seems BIG)
Z Teknik (looks kinda slick)
Aeroflow (no longer making the mounting "arms")

Sorta leaning towards the Z Teknik, but like the Parabellum (23", 25" options), the Z2213, at 21" tall seems massive... The next size down from Z Teknik, the z2215 is only 13.5" tall! The stock "comfort" screen is about 17". Sadly, there are darn few images of all the Z Teknik screens.

Anybody used any of these? What IS everyone using?
