Not familiar with quantum pumps, but I know that a lot of people have sourced replacement oilhead fuel pumps from EuroMotoElectrics. https://www.euromotoelectrics.com/category-s/1721.htm

I replaced my original fuel pump with the Norris/VDO pump from EME. I selected that one because it is an exact fit for the original, so no refitting of wiring.
Pump has been running for over 19k miles. Perfect.
